Nancy Ann Slakoff, 76 of Sedona died Apr. 24th
She is survived by her husband Gerald; daughter Heather Ann, son Michael Joseph Hauptly, step children Sheryl Beth Cutler, Debra Ellen Heeke, and Nancy Lynn Albert; grandchildren: Chyna Lynn Hauptly and Michael Sean Hauptly.
Celebration of Life will be held on June 15th 2 PM at Greer’s Mortuary 2725 W. Hwy 89A Sedona.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association would be greatly appreciated.
