Mary Holmes Bloomer
December 27, 1941 — October 28, 2013
Mary Holmes Bloomer, of Sedona, died Oct. 28.
During her Library of Congress and Flagstaff Public Library career, she became president of Bonsai Clubs International and a board member of the National Bonsai Foundation.
She is survived by her husband Peter and her brother John.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, Nov. 23, at 2 p.m. at St. Andrews Church. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the National Bonsai Foundation in Washington, D.C., or the Nature Conservancy.
