Perrins, Margaret L.

passed away on February 21, 2013 in Ruidoso, NM at the age of 91. She was born December 26, 1921 in Wellington, Texas and moved to the Phoenix area to raise her family in 1954. Although she spent most of her life in Arizona she always remained a Texan at heart. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Margie Lou was preceded in death by her sister Babe Woods, husband Roy E. Lewis Sr., husband Tom Perrins, and son Jimmy Lige Lewis. She is survived by her children Katherine Hernett, Margaret Mellow-Loveless, Roy E. Lewis Jr., Jeff Perrins, Sheree Williams, Pam Johnson, 18 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 2 greatgreat grandchildren. After raising her children Margie Lou pursued a very successful career in real estate, where she earned the coveted 'Top Seller' award on several occasions. Margie Lou brought an aura of elegance to everything she touched; from a Thanksgiving dinner with fine china to paper plates on TV trays. She loved to gather her family together in celebration and we will all be forever touched by these memories. Margie Lou will be greatly missed and long remembered. She will live on in all of us through our stories, memories, smiles, laughter and fun loving attitudes. Services will be held March 1, 2013 with a visitation at 11:00 am and the memorial service beginning at 12:00 pm at Greer Mortuary, Sedona, Az.
