Julia Marie Odell

Julia M. Odell, 80, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood. She was a resident of Sedona for 18 years.

Born in Ossining, New York; she lived in Ossining and E. Norwalk, Connecticut. She was married to her husband Albert for almost 60 years. After working many years in retail, they both retired to Sedona in 1993. She loved gardening, woodworking, painting, and doing many kinds of crafts. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother; she was the heart of the family and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband Albert G. Odell of Sedona; daughters Diana F. Vento of New Milford, Connecticut and Gloria M. (Don) Frasca of Cottonwood; son Allan C. Odell of Litchfield, Connecticut; brothers Emidio (Lorraine) Bruni, Archie (Pat) Bruni, Bill (Sue) Bruni all of Surprise and Mario (Marie) Bruni; and grandchildren Brian, Anthony, Mackayla, and Jacob.

A memorial service was held on April 25 at Greer's Mortuary of Sedona.
