Survived by wife Ally Westerveld of China; children Yulan Westerveld,
Ismea Westerveld, Nadine Westerveld all of Sedona and Eurydice Westerveld
of the Netherlands.
A funeral will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 in the chapel of Greer's
Mortuary of Sedona at Noon.
