Jason Ryan Gronwall, 36, of Sedona, died Feb. 19.
Having graduated from Northern Arizona University with honors, he worked for many years as a software engineer for CVS Caremark.
He is survived by his mother Cindy Lagomarsino; father James Gronwall; daughter Chloe and service dog Tui.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CCI in Oceanside, Calif., or Hospice Compassus of Sedona.
