Janis Ruth Connolly, 69, of Sedona, died July 30 in Flagstaff.
She was a resident of Sedona for four years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Ruth Connelly.
She is survived by her husband Dennis Connolly; sons Chris Connolly of Lafayette, Colo., and Tim Connolly of Glendale, Calif.; and daughter Anne Juengermann of Oxnard, Calif.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Ventura, Calif.
