Evelyn Mary Baldwin

Evelyn Baldwin, of Sedona, died Feb. 7.

A Sedona pioneer and entrepreneur, she and her husband Edward founded Baldwin Realty in 1974. She was active professionally in the community and also as a volunteer, including being a founding member of the Sedona Community Thrift Shop. A member of the Sedona Soroptimist Club, she was awarded lifetime member status.

She is survived by her daughters Lorrie Clark of Cottonwood and Brenda Bushey of Glendale; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
