Eltina "Tina" Logan

November 13, 1951 — March 25, 2026

Sedona

Eltina “Tina” Colleen Logan, age 74, transitioned to her heavenly home on the evening of March 25, 2026. She passed peacefully in her home at Haven of Sedona, surrounded by family as her favorite Bible passage, Psalm 23, was read aloud.

Tina was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, in 1951 to Dora and Elton Taggart. She was raised in Oklahoma and Houston, Texas, alongside her older sister, Linda. Tina graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in Houston in 1970, and soon after met the love of her life, Ken Logan. Together they built a life centered on love and family, raising three children: Jamie, Bryan, and Timothy.

Tina devoted her early years to caring for her children and creating a warm, loving home. The family later settled in the Oklahoma City area, where she spent most of her adult life. As her children grew older, Tina began working in food service and eventually became a sales associate at Macy’s, where she specialized in Coach merchandise and accessories. Her natural charisma and work ethic made her a top salesperson, and she was highly respected and admired by her colleagues.

After retiring, Tina moved to The Village in Oklahoma City with her son Timothy. Following Timothy’s passing in 2018, she relocated to Arizona to be near her daughter Jamie. That same year, she made Haven of Sedona her home, where she built lasting friendships and embraced life fully. Tina loved participating in community activities and was especially known for her competitive nature during games of dice, Yahtzee, and bingo. Fondly nicknamed “the Queen” and “a Legend,” she was deeply loved by both staff and residents.

Tina was a vibrant, fun-loving, and outgoing woman who embodied style and class. She was often the life of the party, known for her honesty, quick wit, and unforgettable sense of humor. Beneath her bold personality was a deeply loving and compassionate heart. Tina was a woman of strong Christian faith who loved Jesus wholeheartedly and often prayed for and with her family.

She was also an incredible cook, a gift she learned from her mother, Dora. The two shared a playful debate over who was the better cook—Dora insisting it was Tina, and Tina always insisting it was her mother. Tina adored her mother and her children. She also had a deep love for music and dancing, and she found great joy in bringing people together with her Southern recipes and her festive spirit.

Tina is survived by her loving children, Jamie and Bryan Logan; her daughters-in-law, Dianna Van Sanford and Carissa Logan; and her cherished grandchildren: Eric, Emma, and Zachary Logan; Trenton Logan; Samaria and Aaliyah Johnson; and Jayden and Brayden Logan. She also leaves behind five great-grandchildren: Cashtion, Leilani, Nalani, Taylen, and Josiah. She is further survived by her niece Tammy Null and husband Tony Null, and her cousin Odetta Nicholson and husband Ron Nicholson.

She was preceded in death by her beloved Ken Logan; her youngest son, Timothy Logan; her great-grandson, Levi; her parents, Dora and Elton Taggart; her sister, Linda Robberts; her nephew, Chris Robberts; her cousin, Harold Bradley; her uncles, Ray, Woodrow and Floyd Bradley; and her aunts, Alice Bradley, Jessie Bradley and Earlene Bradley Truitt.

Tina will be remembered for her strength, her laughter, her unwavering faith, and the deep love she had for her family and friends. Her legacy of joy, humor, resilience, and devotion will live on in all who knew and loved her.
