Bridget Colleen Cooney

Bridget Cooney was a bright light in this world.

Bridget was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, cousin, niece and friend. Her travels took her near and far. She made many lasting friendships along the way. Bridget had a thirst for knowledge and spent 9 years completing multiple degrees in higher education. She moved to Boston in 2021 to start a new chapter in her life, working at Harvard University and living closer to family.

She loved spending time with her niece, Eloise, and her nephew, Theo. She made frequent visits, filling the house with laughter, love and silliness.

 Bridget was dedicated, loyal and thoughtful. She gave so much to everyone around her. We know that her beautiful spirit will live on. A celebration of life ceremony will be held at Simboli Hall Chapel at Boston College on a date to be communicated in the near future.
