Albert Shears, 70, of Sedona, died April 24.
He was born to Robert and Jeanne Shears in Oakland, Calif.
Shears moved to Sedona in 1977 and was a full-time real estate broker for 35 years. His passion was the arts, and he enjoyed abstract painting as a hobby.
He is survived by his wife, Joy, of Sedona; daughter Rachel, of Flagstaff; sisters Barb, Roberta and Adrienne, of California; and brothers-in-law Richard and Joe.
